Eugene man faces 12 charges after spray-painting West Eugene building

A 26-year-old Eugene man is in Lane County Jail on a dozen charges after police found him allegedly spray-painting a building on Barger Drive late Monday night.

At 11:14 p.m., police contacted a male subject, identified as Justin Michael Bendix, 26, of Eugene, who was seen spray-painting a building in the 4900 block of Barger Dr.

After contacting Bendix, police arrested him on charges of possession of heroin, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a weapon, two counts of possession of burglary tools, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft, two counts of third-degree theft, criminal driving while suspended or revoked and a probation violation.
