Eugene Police are seeking a woman and her child, after police say she had taken him from a supervised visit Thursday afternoon.

At 3:46 p.m., officers responded to a call to 9-1-1 during which it was reported Samantha Adona Meyer, 30, had taken her 18-month-old son from a supervised visit at E. 24th Ave. and Potter St.

Meyer is the non-custodial parent.

Meyer is described as a black female standing 5’4″ tall and weighing about 130 pounds. She has curly shoulder-length reddish brown hair, last styled in a bun. Meyer was driving a black early 1995 Plymouth Voyager loaded with her personal property and owns a black and white pit bull. The license plate to the Voyager is 375 AJM. Police say she may be in Junction City or Eugene, but does not have a known address.

Meyer’s child is a black male, about two feet tall, and was last wearing a blue, white and orange long-sleeved button-up shirt and black pants. He has a round red birthmark on his right eyelid.

The child is described as a black male, 24-inches tall, and was last seen wearing blue/white/orange long-sleeved button-up shirt, and black pants. He has a red, round birth mark on his right eyelid.

Police ask anyone who sees Meyer or her child, or knows their whereabouts to call 9-1-1 or Eugene Police at 541-682-5111.
