FBI seeking transient with Eugene ties on allegations of making threats to law enforcement

The FBI is seeking help from the public finding a 45-year-old man with ties to Eugene, who is accused of making violent threats towards law enforcement.

Shawn Fredrick Weatherhead, 45, is being sought by the FBI for allegedly making threats directed at law enforcement. The FBI says Weatherhead contacted the FBI’s Public Access Line more than 750 times between December 2016 and April 2017. The calls were made from location in Oregon and Nevada.

The FBI stated Weatherhead, on at least three separate occasions between Apr. 1-2, 2017, had reportedly threatened to kill people during his calls to the Public Access Line.

Authorities issued a federal arrest warrant at the U.S. District Court in Eugene on Apr. 24, 2017, after charging Weatherhead with interstate communication of a threat to injure a person

On at least three occasions, between April 1 and April 2, 2017, Weatherhead allegedly threatened to kill people during his calls. On April 24, 2017, a federal arrest warrant was issued in the United States District Court, District of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, after Weatherhead was charged with interstate communication of a threat to injure a person of another.

Weatherhead is known to be a transient who has ties to Eugene, and also Reno, Nev. He is believed to be a user of illegal substances and is known to carry a switchblade knife.

Weatherhead stands 5’9″ to 5’10” tall and weighs between 150 to 170 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes. Weatherhead has numerous tattoos on his body, including the word “dork” tattooed on his throat. He is reported to have worked as a tattoo artist in the past.

In the past, Weatherhead has used the following aliases: Shawn Frederick Aubuchon, Shawn Fredrick Aubuchon, Shawn Auhuchon, Shawn Weatherhead, Shawn F. Weatherhead, Shawn Frederic Weatherhead, Shawn Frederick Weatherhead.
