Two men were arrested Saturday morning on indecency charges in Downtown Eugene within 22 minutes, according to a release from the Eugene Police Department.

On Aug. 5, at 11:12 a.m., officers were called to a vacant lot in the 700 block of Broadway to a report of a male subject who had exposed himself to patrons of a pancake restaurant across the street.

Police arrived and located the subject, Jeremy John Chamblee, 41, of Eugene, and found him to be in possession of methamphetamine. Chamblee was arrested and taken to Lane County Jail on charges of private indecency and delivery of methamphetamine.

At 11:34 a.m., officers responded to multiple calls of a male subject at the Buy 2 market at Broadway and Olive who allegedly exposed himself to two females in the area in separate incidents.

Officers arrived and found Hobson Matthew Mason, 37, of Eugene, , and arrested him on two counts of felony public indecency.
