Police arrest Winston woman twice for DUII within two hours

A Winston woman was arrested twice on a DUII charge early Saturday morning, according to a release from the Roseburg Police Department.

At 12:59 a.m., July 29, Roseburg Police stopped Colene Gay Fussel, of Winston, for a traffic violation outside Splitz, located at 2400 NE Diamond Lake Blvd.

Fussel was arrested and taken to Douglas County Jail on a DUII charge, and released. Her vehicle was left at the location, as it was parked legally, according to police.

Fussel was released from jail at approximately 1:30 a.m., and allegedly returned to Splitz to retrieve here vehicle.

Police initiated a traffic stop on Fussel, and determined she was still impaired, and arrested her again on a DUII charge, along with infractions of having no operator’s license and making an improper right turn.
