Portland man arrested after allegedly exposing self to three children at community center

A 60-year-old Portland man was arrested on allegations of public indecency, which were witnessed by children at a community center.

Detectives from Portland Police Bureau’s (PPB) Family Services Division arrested Jon McKinley Clark, 60, of Portland on May 3 on three counts of public indecency.

Police say two incidents occurred at the East Portland Community Center in March 2017. The first incident was witnessed by children ages 10 and 7, and the second incident was witnessed by a 7-year-old.

There is no information to suggest there are additional victims, but PPB asked anyone with information about Clark or any possible victims to contact Detective Stephen Gandy at 503-823-0185.

PPB suggests parents talk to their children about “Stranger Danger” as a safety precaution.
