A 25-year-old Springfield was arrested Tuesday night on DUII and other charges after police say she crashed into a tree in Eugene, according to a release from the Eugene Police Department.

At 9:50 p.m. on July 11, police were dispatched to the area of W. 24th Ave. and Jefferson St. to a report of a red Ford Mustang positioned on the sidewalk after striking a tree.

Police spoke to the driver, Brittany Ann Ross, 25, of Springfield, and learned she had allegedly lost control of the Mustang, which side-swiped a parked vehicle and hit a tree.
