Two people were arrested Thursday night during a traffic stop on Delta Hwy, according to a release from Eugene Police.

Just after 9 p.m., Sept. 7, a Eugene Police officer initiated a traffic stop on a Chevy Corsica after seeing the vehicle failing to maintain its lane, and for equipment violations.

The officer arrested the driver, Roland Julien Bocquel, 27, on a reckless driving charge due to failing to obey two or more traffic control devices, and nearly causing a crash after driving into oncoming traffic.
