Two people were arrested in connection to the burglary of a home which occurred early Wednesday morning, according to a release from Eugene Police Department.

At 6:50 a.m., Aug. 9, police were called to a reported burglary in the 3900 block of W. 12th Ave.

Officers learned a man and woman were seen leaving the area in a beige sedan.

The sedan, a Mercury Sable, was located on Alfaretta Dr., and police contacted the occupants, identified as Emily Kay Hahn, 41, and Nicholas Carl Norene, 38, both of Eugene.

Police learned the victim was known by Hahn and Norene. Hahn and Norene were arrested on a charge of first-degree burglary and taken to Lane County Jail.
