Eugene, Ore. – Jose Perfecto-Rocha pled guilty to Unlawful Use of a Weapon (gun) and Reckless Endangering on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, in Lane County Circuit Court.
Jose Perfecto-Rocha will have four years of supervised probation with 120 days in jail total, and the felony conviction.
September 2018 – A person known by police posted a video on Facebook that showed a gun being fired while traveling on a roadway. There was a comment added to the video “Mobbn down hwy 99 like”
Eugene Police looked for witnesses, damage to businesses or homes, and any Oregon Taxi Driver who was almost victim of the shooting.
After an investigation, the following individuals were contacted and arrested on September 18, 2018:
Jose Perfecto-Rocha, age 22
Unlawful use of a weapon
CH/PV Detainer – Cocaine
Three counts of Felon in Poss of firearm
